Dr. Cohen received his bachelor’s degree from Colby College and continued his education at University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine earning his DMD degree. He was inducted into the prestigious Omicron Kappa Upsilon honorary dental society and received several other academic and clinical awards during dental school.  Dr. Cohen completed his clinical specialty training and earned his orthodontic certificate at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.  It was there where he met his wife Lori, who is also an orthodontist.  He is an active member of the American Association of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association and Midatlantic Society of Orthodontists. To remain up-to-date on the latest technologies and treatment philosophies, Dr. Cohen continually attends lectures and seminars. 

An avid sportsman, Dr. Cohen loves playing golf, tennis, and skiing. He has recently begun participating in half-marathons and enjoys following all the major sports teams in the Northeast area.

Dr. Cohen and his wife Lori live in Hoboken, N.J. with their two dogs, Roxy and Charlie. In their free time, the Cohens love to travel and explore all the different neighborhoods and restaurants in NYC.
